Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed on the same day when purchased before 3PM. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

 

Shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. 

 

All orders ship from Miami, Florida. Upon your order's shipment, you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit, via USPS or UPS.

Pick Up Orders

Orders are ready 24 hours after purchase. Please call store for earlier pick up availability. 

Please visit our store from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Bring your confirmation email and photo ID when you come to collect your order.

Orders picked up by third-party services are considered delivered once the package is signed for.
